And we had the privilege to design their office in Pune.
We started with the reception that we transformed into a confident, welcoming brand statement. The redesigned space now seamlessly balances aesthetics and functionality and showcases their legacy. Dedicated shelving highlights trophies, certifications, and project displays, celebrating the firm’s credibility and milestones. Comfortable seating creates an inviting waiting area, while the large, well-defined reception desk supports efficient day-to-day work. Thoughtful lighting, greenery, and clean material choices elevate the ambience, making the reception impressive yet approachable perfectly reflecting Ranade Realtors’ stature and trust built over time.
The cabin designed for Mr. Kedar Ranade is a refined blend of elegance, functionality, and quiet authority. A spacious work desk anchors the room, offering both comfort and efficiency, while thoughtfully placed visitor seating maintains a sense of formality without feeling intimidating. Soft lighting, integrated storage, and subtle display niches add depth and character, reflecting years of experience and legacy. Green elements bring balance and freshness, lending the cabin a composed, welcoming feel.
Sales Cabins & Meeting Rooms
We designed the sales cabin to balance professionalism with comfort. Each space is planned to feel private yet open, allowing conversations to flow with ease and confidence. Thoughtfully proportioned layouts ensure the rooms feel spacious, even during detailed discussions. We also added acoustic glass partitions to enhance privacy while maintaining transparency, helping clients feel secure, comfortable, and valued during every interaction.
These spaces quietly support trust-building where design works in the background to make important decisions feel effortless.
The redesigned office interior of Ranade Realtors brings together legacy, functionality, and refined aesthetics into a cohesive workspace. Every zone from the welcoming reception to the private sales cabins and the owner’s cabin has been thoughtfully planned to support both clients and the team.
