Innovative façade designs – Pandit Javdekar Builders
When buildings are built, making them enticing is our job! We designers made this building and its façades a piece of art and gave it an awesome symphony of interaction. This building of Pandit Javdekar Builders helps uplift its surroundings by giving its residents an experience of visual pleasures & comfort.
The building envelope is a critical area of a building’s design. It is one of the most significant exterior elements or façades for building functionality. Façades and building envelopes not only form the outer skin of buildings, but also project image and creative intent. So here, we gave solutions and layouts on staircase and landings, elevator cladding, main gate, and parking. In addition, we enhanced their lobby with features like statues and brick wall and indoor plants which beautified the building, making it inviting for its residents.
This aspect of designing is different from the mainstream interior design we professionals build in our scope. Making us unique and divergent in the our field.
