The Double Height Statement Lobby
This lobby is an elegant blend of height, light, and refined detailing we designed for Skyline Builders in Erandwane, Pune. The double-height space immediately creates a sense of openness and grandeur, allowing the architectural elements to breathe and visually expand the room.
The entrance flooring transitions into a beautiful section of patterned tiles, adding character and softness to the otherwise neutral palette. This patterned zone anchors the seating area like a visual rug, giving it definition and warmth.
Above, a classic chandelier hangs gracefully, drawing the eye upward and highlighting the vertical volume of the lobby. Its warm glow complements the recessed lighting, ensuring the space stays welcoming yet sophisticated.
Along the feature wall, light cladding in subtle textures adds depth without overpowering the space. It frames the elevator zone elegantly while balancing the overall composition.
A simple, upholstered bench sits within the niche, offering a practical seating solution that also enhances symmetry. Paired with potted indoor plants placed strategically on either side, the area becomes a calm, thoughtfully styled waiting nook.
We designed the entrance for comfort and clarity biometric door, patterned flooring, structured mailboxes, and greens to soften the edges
This cosy sit-out just outside the lobby is designed as a warm, welcoming corner where families in the apartment can pause, gather, and connect. Soft yellow walls create a cheerful backdrop, while the built-in L-shaped bench with deep green cushions offers comfortable seating for quick chats or relaxed evening moments.
